I will help you identify and monitor your stress level with an understanding of why you respond to situations in your life. You will be coached each session on how to achieve your goals and together we'll work through the techniques and tools you'll learn to help return to a calm and relaxed state.

I have seen people that need help with managing their stresses from Nurses to Managers within the NHS, the local Police force and local business people around the Staffordshire and Cheshire area.
In March this year I help two divisions within West Yorkshire Police to understand and cope with their stresses.
The never ending changes they where facing within the work place, like cut-backs, taking on two peoples jobs, threats in redundancies etc...
Now with the training they have a greater understanding of the signs of stress, how to indentify their own stress at home and at work, coping techniques they could use straight away, and how to avoid a stress spiral in the future and to support each other within the department.
